We are looking for an Assistant Software Engineer who will help our technology team with software development activities and support in delivering market-leading digital solutions to our Clients. Principal duties and responsibilities
Working alongside Senior Engineers and Technical Leads, a new member of the team will be involved in tasks related to:
• Assistance in the development, testing, and maintenance of web applications and software tools.
• Assistance in the preparation of technical documentation, system reports, and project overviews.
• Assistance in the creation and optimisation of database queries and backend services.
• Assistance in frontend development and ensuring responsive design across platforms.
• Participation in regular meetings with company managers and business partners to define technical requirements.

What do we expect from you
We expect you to be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master‘s study program. You can be a perfect match for our team if you have:
• Familiarity and interest in sustainable investments/finance and innovations.
• Knowledge and skills in programming languages (e.g., Node.js + React, TypeScript, Java) and Web development frameworks.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Analytical thinking, organisational, and good problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
