New Product Launch Management Intern (Project Management)

Your tasks

  • Support manufacturing concept development and alignment with product requirements.
  • Support the implementation of the equipment and processes necessary for the product.
  • Assist in layout planning, equipment implementation, and process readiness for new projects.
  • Contribute to prototype builds, production ramp-up, and line readiness activities.
  • Help prepare documentation and track operations KPIs.
  • Participate in Lean workshops to optimize material flow, productivity, and standards.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in a related field (engineering/sciences).
  • Basic knowledge of project management.
  • Communication skills, presentation skills, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Capable of interacting with international teams; experience in intercultural projects is preferred.
  • Good English skills.
  • Able to join an internship for 6 months (with the possibility to extend).
