YOUR TASKS

• In your internship at UAB HELLA Lithuania you will be working closely with Operations department as well as with other departments in a production location for automotive electronics components;
• Together with the Operations Management Team you will take part in strategical planning and implementation Operations department goals;
• You will assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking of Operations initiatives, daily shop floor tracking, collaboration with Operations Management Team and tasks in regard to the administration of daily challenges;
• You will be involved in subprojects and according to your qualifications take responsibility for the completion of work packages;
• By this you receive comprehensive impressions throughout Operations and various other departments within HELLA Lithuania and the HELLA Group.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• • You are in the last year of Bachelor or pursuing Master degree;
  • You speak both English and Lithuanian;
  • You have strategic thinking mindset, able to set and follow strategic goals;
  • You are willing to leave comfort zone / think out of the box;
  • Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working;

• You are available for 6 months internship, preferably full-time.
