Customer Service Specialist


What does a Customer Service Specialist do with us?

– Communicates with customers by phone and email;

– Ensures that every customer enquiry is received with attentiveness and prompt assistance;

– Solves challenges related to order implementation in order to achieve the most effective solutions;

– Collaborates with other teams in the company;

– Represents the company and strives to provide a good customer service experience.

We expect you to:

– Have experience in customer service (advantage);

– Communicate fluently and correctly in Lithuanian and have a good command of Russian (a strong advantage) and/or English;

– You like to help and have the intrinsic motivation and perseverance to find the best solution to answer customer questions and deal with different situations;

– Feel comfortable working in a team and independently;

– Have good computer and organizational skills.
