IT Support Specialist


As an Intern – IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Responding to Service Desk tickets, emails, and Teams chat message requests
  • Providing direct day-to-day application, network, and end-user technical support for employees in all 3 Baltic countries
  • Assisting in onboarding of new employees
  • Assisting in inventory management, cleanup, and refreshing computers for existing employees
  • Creating reports for internal management, analyzing data and providing insights for colleagues and managers
  • Maintaining knowledge base and users training documentation

  • Actively pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Having demonstrated interest in IT Service Desk as part of a possible career path
  • Relationship oriented, efficient, strong communicator, and you will be willing to learn
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to manage, systemize, summarize and write down the information, prepare training materials
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
