Job Description

Electrostatic Discharge risk management study by using different packaging materials during the production of electronic Automotive parts. This topic includes:

  1. Requirements analysis.
  2. Current process/situation description.
  3. Technical details study for ESD and NON-ESD materials.
  4. Feasibility study for process change.
  5. Risk assessment.
  6. Cost calculation/business case creation
  7. GO / NO GO
  8. Change management / Implementation.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of electrostatic discharge principles and their impact on electronic components.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and their properties, particularly in an automotive context.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and risk management methodologies.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
