YOUR TASKS
In your internship at UAB HELLA Lithuania you support a fast-growing production location for automotive electronics components in Kaunas, Lithuania.
- You will assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking of the project progress in regard to the project goals and enable a beneficial flow of communication within the team;
- You will be involved in subprojects and according to your qualifications take responsibility for the completion of work packages;
- You will plan, support and handle improvement projects, logistic conceptions, processes and systems of work in collaboration with the shopfloor areas;
- Participate in working out and introducing methods to extend Operative Excellence in overhead and TtM processes (e. g. lessons learned);
- Prepare, preside over and perform workshops as well as train and qualify employees;
- By this you will receive comprehensive impressions throughout various departments within HELLA Lithuania and the HELLA Group;
- Duration: 6 months.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You pursue a degree in engineering, business administration, economics or a similar field;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
- You have excellent English and Lithuanian language skills;
- Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working;
- You are available for 6 months internship duration, preferably full-time.

Information regarding Base Salary
- 950 EUR (before withholding taxes)
