ArcaPay (https://www.arcapay.com/) is a rapidly growing financial technology (FinTech) company. We are searching for a part time Junior IT administrator intern to work from our office in Kaunas, Lithuania and remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student aspiring to gain practical experience.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Working alongside IT developers, a new member of the team will be involved in a wide range of activities:

• Automations – resolving common hardware and software issues efficiently
• System Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• User Support – Provide technical support to employees, helping them with common IT issues.
• Software Updates and Patching.
• Maintaining and distributing software documentation, reference manuals, and training guides.
• Working with IT developers, product managers and other team members to improve current processes.

Requirements

• Enrolment in an IT related study programme.
• Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux)
• Networking basics (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc)
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn.
• A sense of humour always helps.
