Littelfuse IT Security Team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join as IT Security Intern. With us, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and acquire valuable skills and insights into the IT security field while working closely with our experienced professionals. This is a paid 6 months internship to gain hands-on experience in a truly global company. While there is no guarantee of permanent employment at the end of this internship, exceptional performance may be considered for future opportunities within our organization.

In this internship you will: 

• Learn variety of security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, and SIEM tools
• Support with responding to daily threats by executing standard operations procedures
• Assist IT Security Compliance team with maintaining the security awareness program and tools
• Gain technical skills and develop soft competencies
• Have expose to diverse projects
• Have the chance to take initiative and showcase your skills and creativity
• Closely collaborate with team members and other teams in the organization

About you:  

• Currently enrolled in an IT studies and eager to gain experience in an IT security field
• Strong desire to learn  security technologies
• Available to work in a part-time (not less than 20 hours/week)/ full-time role
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Team player with good communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment
