OUR NEW SOLUTION ENGINEER

Are you ready to launch your career in the world of cutting-edge technology solutions? As a Solution Engineer Intern at our company, you’ll have the unique opportunity to dive into a diverse technology landscape, including platforms like ServiceNow, LogicMonitor, and other essential tools that drive our services and operations. You will be part of a self-organizing Product Team to build, develop, maintain and drive continuous product deliveries using best practice.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn the basics of configuring, maintaining, and optimizing these tools to support our business operations.
• Support the team in ServiceNow-related tasks, from basic configurations to assisting in the development of custom workflows, forms, and business rules. Gain hands-on experience by contributing to ServiceNow projects.
• Familiarize yourself with LogicMonitor, an essential monitoring and observability platform. Work on tasks like setting up monitoring systems and helping with basic configurations to ensure the performance and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with team members on projects that involve integrating and managing various platform tools. Assist in documenting processes and workflows, helping to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage in real-world problem-solving and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions using these platform tools, under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• This internship is designed for practical learning. You’ll be expected to apply your knowledge in a professional setting, gaining practical skills that will be invaluable for your future career.
