As an HR Specialist Intern, you will be supporting Recruiting Team in various daily tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Publish job ads in various job portals;
  • Communicate with potential hires and provide them support in recruitment related questions;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set job requirements and other;
  • Screen resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates;
  • Interview candidates together with hiring manager;
  • Track hiring metrics based on set hiring process;
  • Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods;
  • Participate in job fairs;
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Qualifications

You can be a perfect match in our team if you are/have:

  • Able to join internship for 6 months;
  • Student or graduate of Business Administration/Psychology or Economics with experience in Recruitment;
  • Local language as mother language;
  • Good English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing);
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office package;
  • Communication skills;
  • Ability to complete tasks with supervision;
  • Organizational and time management skills.

  • Salary: 826,45 Eur. – 1157,03 Eur. (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience.
