FINANCIAL ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the annual operating plan and midyear review forecasts and support the preparation of the presentations to management
  • Prepare and develop monthly financial and management reporting including variance/expense analysis
  • Monitor, report and assess the plant’s productivity and financial performance to forecast
  • Support the Cost Improvement Program by advising project leaders as to the financial impact of cost improvement projects and ensure the accurate forecasting and reporting of savings
  • Establish, maintain, and ensure accuracy of plant standard costs in SAP
  • Support the development of financial and operational justifications for capital investments (AFE process), control spending in line with approval limits and assess for impairments
  • Provide inventory reporting and ensure inventories are recorded accurately, monitor, and maintain adequate obsolescence reserves and minimize inventory exposure risks
  • Conduct financial analysis/modeling, interpret data, and provide guidance that assists management in meeting financial targets

Requirements:

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economy required
  • Manufacturing cost accounting experience
  • Advanced financial analysis skills and strong attention to detail
  • Experience in standard cost valuation
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands
  • Cost accounting in ERP systems environment, preferably SAP
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of English

Salary: 200-2900 eur/month gross
