COWI in Lithuania is expanding its range of services and starting a new collaboration with Arkitema.

In COWI, you will become part of global architectural team and collaborate on various projects in Scandinavia. In co-creation with customers and citizens, COWI and Arkitema create sustainable communities. Our process starts before the design phase and continues long after the project has finished and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the client, user, and our partners.

In this position, you will join our team of architects and work across various projects in Scandinavia. Your primary task in our team will be to work with Arkitema office experts and provide assistance from Landscape Architect perspective.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing of landscape architecture projects within the Revit environment
  • Preparing models, drawings, and technical documentation, as well as actively participating in project team meetings
  • Ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks
  • Cultivating positive and mutually value-adding relationships with colleagues from the Arkitema office

On top of that, you should:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Possessing an educational background from Scandinavia countries would be considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of practical experience utilizing Revit software in architectural and/or landscape design
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of current design and landscape architecture trends, technology advancements, as well as relevant codes and regulations
  • Have experience using the Terrain plugin, handling interfaces to other disciplines’ models and complex interfaces in Revit would be considered as an advantage
  • Expertise in LIM (Landscape Information Modelling) would be considered as an advantage
  • Proper application of plants, soils and natural features in a variety of landscaping situations would be considered as an advantage
  • Possess good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in any of the Scandinvia countries languages would be considered as an advantage

The salary for this position ranges from 1400 to 3500 EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability therefore the final offer will be based on your competencies and experience.
