About The Role And The Team

The Finance Department is responsible for managing various aspects of a company’s financial operations. It handles tasks such as corporate development, ensuring pricing compliance, accounting, payroll processing, billing, credit control & collections, business & corporate finance, financial planning & analysis. Overall, the Finance Department plays a vital role in maintaining the company’s financial health and supporting decision-making across various financial aspects of the organization.

We are looking for a devoted Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Vilnius and join Adform‘s Accounting department. This department consists of talented professionals who manage the finances of a company. The team ensures the smooth processing of accounts payable, tracking assets, allocating costs according to legislative rules and agreed policies. The Accounting department also handles payroll within a group, takes care of statutory, management, and tax reporting preparation, and financial audit in different countries. Together with the Finance department, we provide high-quality business assistance and support to the whole organization of Adform.

  • Process bank payments
  • Ensure accurate coding of purchase invoices and approval process in an accurate and timely manner
  • Handle travel reports, expense claims and company‘s credit cards data
  • Manage vendor master data
  • Perform periodical reconciliations
  • Participate in month-end close activities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Accounts Payable process
  • Provide support on other day-to-day accounting activities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a comparable role
  • Familiarity with the Navision accounting system
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated high levels of responsibility and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving
