About The Role And The Team

In Development & IT department, we are responsible for the development, support, maintenance and operation of Adform Flow. Our most important responsibility is to deliver a stable and competitive product to our clients. We do that by putting client value in focus, our success is predicated on the success and happiness of our clients, both internally and externally.

As a .NET Software Engineer along with other team members, you will be responsible for building new products and features as well as maintaining, monitoring, and upgrading the existing Adform platform. You will work in a team that is a crucial contributor to Adform products. You will be a vital part of the software development efforts, working in a cross-functional international Agile team with world-class engineers, product managers, and leaders located in multiple locations around the world.

  • Design, build, test, deploy, monitor and maintain products and services
  • Initiate and handle technical designs and complex application features
  • Focus on value delivery for customers
  • Work closely with other teams to determine interdependencies
  • Optimize the efficiency of development workflows
  • Have an inner-source attitude to code sharing
  • Work closely and incorporate feedback from product management, client support team, and IT Engineers
  • Apply best practices defined by different functional areas (Architecture, Quality, Security, Product Management and Project Management)

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in software development in .NET
  • An understanding of high availability, high performance
  • Practical experience with messaging queues (RabbitMQ) and data streaming (Kafka)
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Experience in continuous integration, GIT, Unit testing, monitoring and logging
  • Knowledge of software design patterns
  • Experience with Agile development, including continuous integration, continuous deployment and coding for automated testing
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Stand out by having:

  • Experience in building solutions according microservices architecture principles
  • Experience in .NET Core
