The opportunity

Start as a Junior Transfer Pricing Specialist and explore your further career opportunities in a global professional services business. In this role, you’ll be working with the largest multinational companies in various industries and fast-growing start-ups around the globe. You will get an opportunity to learn from senior team members and gain critical skills that are essential to future leaders in businesses across various industries and positions.

Your key responsibilities

• Conducting Transfer Pricing Reviews: supporting senior team members in conducting transfer pricing reviews etc.
• Performing Financial Analysis: assisting in performing financial analysis to identify transfer pricing risks, potential areas of non-compliance, etc.
• Developing Transfer Pricing Strategies: assisting colleagues to ensure that intercompany transactions stay compliant with regulations and are tax efficient.
• Drafting Transfer Pricing Documentation: preparing transfer pricing documentation, including reports, memos, and policies.
• Communicating with Tax Authorities: In the event of a tax audit or dispute, coordinating (or assisting) with tax authorities and developing an efficient resolution.
• Practice effective teamwork while completing various other tasks.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• A student or a graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, or related fields.
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• A person with a mix of communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary: EUR 1700 – 2100 gross.
