- Configure and Setup Network Appliances for access to business applications.
- Manage day-to-day network configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Network devices.
- Maintaining multi-site network operations over both private and public infrastructure. Manage day-to-day running of Cencora international VPNs connecting over 250 locations together with site-to-site hardware VPN.
- Researching, analyzing, evaluating and monitoring network infrastructure to ensure networks are configured to operate at optimal performance.
- Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communications and operating systems.
- Setup and configure wireless network that supports communications to internal and external sources.
- Suggests recommended configuration changes to preventive and detective security controls.

What your background should look like
- Hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery operations.
- Experienced knowledge of network and control frameworks and standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Vendor certifications such as CompTIA, Checkpoint, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba are a big plus.
- Good understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management.
- Experience in hosted or cloud-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with MPLS, EDGE, IOS, BGP, Infoblox, and various authentication schemes and protocols is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of managing wireless access points is a big advantage.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to successfully interact with team members and Cencora IT service delivery teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires 5 or more years of relevant IT work experience.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of a broad range of hardware and software products.
