Organizations are increasingly looking to automate end-to-end business processes using AI, intelligent agents, robotic process automation (RPA), and low-code platforms. Modern automation combines traditional workflow automation with generative AI, machine learning, document processing, and conversational agents to create autonomous solutions that can understand, decide, and act. As a result, new roles such as Intelligent Automation Developers, Automation Architects, RPA Engineers, and Agentic AI Engineers have become highly demanded across industries.

During the three weeks of the course, you will learn the fundamentals of intelligent and agentic automation using industry-leading platforms and technologies. The bootcamp covers low-code automation, AI-powered agents, robotic process automation, Python-based automation, and enterprise integration patterns required to design, build, and scale digital workforce solutions.

What you’ll learn:

• Microsoft Power Automate for cloud flows, desktop flows, approvals, connectors, and enterprise process automation
• Microsoft Copilot Studio for building AI agents, conversational copilots, knowledge retrieval, and autonomous agent workflows
• UiPath Platform including Studio, Orchestrator, attended and unattended automation, and document understanding
• Agentic AI concepts including multi-agent architectures, orchestration, reasoning, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Python programming for automation including APIs, web automation, data processing, and integration development
• Process analysis and automation design, including process assessment, workflow modeling, and automation opportunity identification
• Enterprise integrations using APIs, SAP, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, databases, and third-party systems
• Generative AI and LLM fundamentals including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI governance
• Automation operations and monitoring including deployment, scaling, exception handling, logging, and support models

The tools and platforms covered during the bootcamp are widely used across enterprise automation programs and provide a solid foundation for collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, AI engineers, software developers, cloud specialists, and operational teams. Participants will gain hands-on experience designing and implementing real-world automation and AI agent solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Pre-requirements:

• Basic understanding of programming principles (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)
• Basic understanding of business processes and workflow concepts
• Familiarity with web applications, APIs, and enterprise software systems is beneficial
• PC or laptop with camera, Teams, and network connection
