Scanwatch is a retail software suite to reduce losses and improve the shopper experience at manned and self-checkout counters.

What you’ll do:

• Support Machine Learning model development: Assist the team in building, training, and iterating on new models.
• Data Pipeline Management: Collect, preprocess, and annotate visual datasets to power Computer Vision training and evaluation.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key technical and product metrics to ensure model reliability.
• General Engineering Support: Tackle various software engineering tasks to assist the team in daily operations.

We expect that you:

• Study a relevant program or have proven experience in the skills we are searching for.
• Have experience with Python.
• Want to learn Machine Learning.
• Are a curious mind and eager to create something useful and interesting.
• Passionate about working with startups.
• Proficient in English and Lithuanian.
