The company collaborates with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical system providers across international markets, delivering high-quality software solutions and participating in major global medical exhibitions.

Main Responsibilities
• Entering and updating information about potential clients (“leads”) and existing client meetings into the CRM system after exhibitions.
• Updating and verifying contact details in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Sending initial follow-up emails to potential clients (“leads”) after exhibitions.
• Conducting follow-up communication if potential clients do not respond to initial outreach.
• Inviting existing clients to meetings prior to exhibitions, organizing appointments, and creating as well as maintaining the exhibition meeting calendar.
• Coordinating the meeting calendar with the sales team to ensure efficient scheduling and communication.
• Preparing simple reports on exhibition results (number of contacts collected, meetings held, potential opportunities identified).
• Assisting in daily marketing and sales activities.
• Supporting preparation for participation in exhibitions (organizational and administrative tasks).
• Communicating and collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems (considered an advantage).
