Location & Working Model

Based in Vilnius (office-first), with student-friendly flexibility around lectures, exams, and university schedules. The program is also suitable for recent graduates and people requalifying / changing careers.

What You’ll Do

We offer several internship paths depending on your interests—from software development to QA, data, and product analysis. Each role includes hands-on tasks, mentorship, and a clear learning curve.

Backend Developer Intern

Help build and improve services behind customer-facing products.

You’ll work on: small features, bug fixes, unit tests, APIs, databases, and learning how backend systems fit into a larger ecosystem.

Frontend Developer Intern

Create user-friendly interfaces used by customers and colleagues.

You’ll work on: UI components, connecting to APIs, usability/performance improvements, and collaborating with designers, analysts, and backend developers.

Mobile App Developer Intern

Work on cross-platform mobile features that ship to real users.

You’ll work on: building/refining screens, integrating APIs, troubleshooting, and learning mobile quality practices.

Quality Assurance Intern (App & Metadata QA)

Learn how quality is built into delivery—not added at the end.

You’ll work on: testing new features, bug reporting/tracking, regression testing, defining “done”, validating metadata/configs, consistency checks across systems, and release verification.

Product Owner / Analyst Intern

Help turn real needs into clear, actionable tasks for the team.

You’ll work on: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog clarity, basic data/feedback analysis, and planning support.

Data Engineer Intern

Help build foundations for data pipelines and reliable reporting.

You’ll work on: preparing, transforming, and validating datasets; supporting pipelines; improving data quality checks; and learning how data flows from source to insight.

What will help you thrive

You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for curiosity, motivation, and a learning mindset.

You’ll thrive if you have: 

  • You are a student or recent graduate in IT / Computer Science / Business Informatics / Mathematics / Data Analytics (or similar)
  • Basic understanding of your chosen path (e.g., programming fundamentals, web basics, SQL basics, or testing basics)
  • A real interest in technology as a long-term career
  • A problem-solving mindset (you like figuring things out and asking questions)
  • Fluent English (our teams are international)

Monthly salary for this position - 1260 Eur (gross)

Internship length: 6 months, starting April
