IT Intern

Schedule: 40 hours per week (1 FTE)

What you’ll be doing

  • Resolving IT support tickets
  • Setting up and managing employee access to internal tools and systems
  • Preparing laptops and accounts for new hires
  • Collecting and managing equipment from departing employees
  • Maintaining accurate records of device assignments and inventory
  • Monitoring equipment stock and assisting with ordering when needed
  • Supporting policy updates, template creation, and documentation
  • Assisting with time and project tracking setup for employees
  • Helping with ad-hoc IT and administrative tasks as they arise

You’ll be successful if you have

  • Tech savviness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Interest in IT systems and internal operations
