Bits of your job:

• Analyze customer data to understand behavior patterns and identify churn/retention trends.
• Create retention strategies like loyalty programs and campaigns to re-engage at-risk customers.
• Work with the retention team to manage email campaigns from start to finish.
• Help design and implement A/B tests to improve email content, subject lines, and send times.
• Monitor customer feedback across various platforms, and analyze it to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with the team to share insights and contribute.

Key expectations:

• Education: Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of email marketing principles and tools.
• Problem Solving Skills: High attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, and effective time management.
• Other Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

Salary: 500 €/mon. net
