Bits of your job:

• Administer and maintain Zendesk Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, and other tools (e.g., Explore, Sell, Sunshine)
• Configure and optimize settings, including triggers, automation, SLAs, custom fields, etc.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and groups to ensure secure and appropriate access
• Implement and manage Zendesk apps
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within Zendesk
• Stay current with Zendesk features and implement relevant updates
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Zendesk-related inquiries and troubleshooting
• Maintain thorough documentation of all configurations, processes, and integrations

Key expectations:

• Education:  IT, Computer Science, or a related field studies
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness
• Tech Savy Skills: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical, strategic & problem-solving skills

Salary: 500 €/mon. net
