Bits of your job:

• Review customer interactions (support chats, emails, and more) to spot trends, flag issues, and learn how quality assurance helps build awesome customer experiences
• Support internal audits by evaluating how our teams follow procedures – and where we can level up
• Dig into data from support tickets and payment processes to find patterns and help make smarter decisions
• Help prepare performance reports that spotlight key trends, track how we’re doing, and highlight areas for improvement
• Be part of process improvements by joining brainstorming sessions, sharing insights from your audits, and suggesting smart fixes

Key expectations:

• Education: Business, Management, Data Analysis, or similar field
• Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Lithuanian & English
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy and thoroughness
• Fast Learning: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where improvements are continuously being made and things change quickly
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical, strategic & problem-solving skills

Salary: 500 €/mon. net
