Learning & Development Intern

Your tasks

  • Supporting for newcomer’s induction trainings.
  • Recording and storing of training evidences.
  • Supporting with the job or safety-related certificates.
  • Creating sessions in LMS and follow-up digital registrations.
  • Organizing trainings and tracking participation.
  • Support for educational collaboration activities.
  • Support for competency matrix updates.
  • Tracking and informing about the training requests.
  • Support for visualization activities for training purposes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or engineering fields.
  • Able to join an internship for 6 months.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Lithuanian language knowledge.
  • Video editing knowledge is an advantage.
