GND is an international sustainable investment service company working with leading experts globally. We are looking for an assistant innovation manager. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated young persons aspiring to grow and gain practical experience in advanced technologies, sustainable finance, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas, and innovation management.

Principal duties and responsibilities

Working alongside Senior Managers and Chief Executives, as a new member of the team you will be involved in tasks related to:

• Analysis of project documentation and international regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Gathering and analysis of large amounts of R&D-related data for further processing.
• Assistance in the preparation of documentation related to innovation projects.
• Participation in regular meetings with company managers and business partners.
• Organisation of activities related to innovation formation and project development.

What do we expect from you

We expect you are enrolled in an engineering or finance/economics-related bachelor’s or master‘s study program. You can be a perfect match to our team if you have:

• Familiarity and interest in sustainability topics and R&D activities.
• Excellent English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
