We prioritize the security and integrity of our information assets, and we are seeking a skilled Information Security Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. RESPONSIBILITES:
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the organization’s information systems.
• Develop, review, and update information security policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, standards, and frameworks.
• Establish and maintain an incident response plan to effectively address and mitigate security incidents.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external security audits and assessments.
• Track and report on the status of security vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on the organization’s security posture, incidents, and trends to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with management and other teams regarding security-related matters.
• Keep technical knowledge current through continuing education.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field, we consider final year students for the role.
• Preferably, proven experience in information security roles, with a focus on risk management, compliance, and incident response.
• Familiarity with relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Willingness to obtain CISM certification during an employment.
• Understanding of network security, cryptography, and security technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mind-set with the attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluent written and spoken proficiency in both Lithuanian and English.
