Position overview
GND is an international sustainable investment service company. We are looking for an assistant Communications Manager who will help our executives with business development activities and support in delivering market-leading services to our Clients. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated young persons aspiring to grow and gain practical experience in the areas of communications technology, sustainable finance, and innovation management.

Principal duties and responsibilities
Working alongside Senior Managers and Chief Executives, a new member of the team will be involved in tasks related to:
• Assistance in the preparation of communication plans, reports, and overviews.
• Assistance in the preparation of social media campaigns and dissemination material.
• Assistance in content creation for internal and external communication.
• Assistance in public relations and advertising activities and initiatives.
• Participation in regular meetings with company managers and business partners.

What do we expect from you
We expect you are enrolled in a bachelor’s or master‘s study program. You can be a perfect match for our team if you have:
• Familiarity and interest in sustainable investments/finance and innovations.
• Basic knowledge and skills in graphic and Web design applications.
• Very good English skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Analytical thinking, organisational, and good problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Note: the paid contract is going to be concluded if Candidate(s) has relevant background knowledge and expertise, i.e., master students, and/or Candidates with initial work experience, and/or Candidates who can add value to the Company from day one. Other suitable Candidates are welcome for an Internship trial period to get hands-on experience in a good working environment with dedicated mentorship. When during the trial period the value creation ability is proven by the Intern a paid working contract and career progression opportunities might be proposed.
