The Mobile department believes in constant improvement and innovation, so it takes the initiative to refine all products at every stage. We’re actively involved in all phases of development with other teams to obtain the best outcomes – from the simplest UI elements to innovative features.

You will participate in the paid Full-time Android Internship Program with a 3-month contract and learn what it is like to work in our NordVPN Android team, perform actual tasks, and receive daily feedback and mentoring from our team. Also, you will have an opportunity to sign a permanent contract afterward based on your performance.

The internship program starts in February 2024.

Main Responsibilities

• You will learn about and contribute to the development effort for NordVPN for Android devices. This includes interacting with our existing backend REST APIs, providing feedback based on mobile needs, and working with our web, backend, and low-level teams to build new features. You will also work with our Product Owners and QA/Support team to analyze our Android apps and assist with debugging them.
• Be a part of a rapidly growing programming team that consists of senior engineers with a Kotlin background.
• Stay up to date with cutting-edge tools to ensure the excellent quality of the code. It’s all about that code!
