About the program

We’re looking for:

1st – 4th year students and/or recent graduates from technological university programs.

• fluent in Lithuanian & intermediate in English language;

How does the internship at Philip Morris Lietuva look?

You will be introduced to:

• production processes

• monitored indicators (KPI)

• tools and systems used for loss elimination

• work point analysis (WPA) possibilities

You will also have an opportunity to:

• eliminate a real production loss and get acquainted with the equipment at the component level

• use the completed tasks/WPA for your thesis
