Start your career in software development with the intense program at the Sourcery for Developers. Complete the admission and enter our free of charge two-month academy, available in the Spring and Fall of each year. Students are invited to attend e-learning course and create custom projects with the help of software development professionals from Devbridge/Cognizant.

Students will learn the latest technologies and how to create software using the best tools on the market. Furthermore, Devbridge/Cognizant assigns a mentor to each student to serve as a resource for their custom development projects.

At the end of the academy all students will receive recognition for completing the course and top graduates will be invited for an interview to become a Junior Software Engineers.

Main responsibilities

• Attend e-learning course and learn latest technologies (React, Spring boot, etc.)
• Complete group project
• Dedicate +20 hours per week

• Basic OOP, JavaScript and HTML knowledge
• Basic relational databases and SQL knowledge
• Problem solving skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Lithuanian and English
