We are looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer / Software Developer intern to join our team in Kaunas. The position consists of designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and documenting automated business processes.

We expect you to have:

• Knowledge of OOP and scripting languages (specifically .NET, Python, VB, PowerShell, JavaScript);
• Experience or knowledge of Web Services/APIs and SQL databases;
• General knowledge on IT networks and infrastructure;
• Great problem-solving skills and a passion for process automation and improvement;
• Good attention to details and focus on quality;
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Full professional proficiency in English and Lithuanian.

We would consider the following as an advantage:

• Knowledge of writing software requirements and specifications;
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project management and/or Agile methods.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Design and develop solutions to automate business processes;
• Apply best practices to the development process;
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing;
• Maintain existing solutions and troubleshoot potential issues and errors;
• Design and document solutions, including the preparation of PDDs and SDDs;
• Take full responsibility of solutions (from design to deployment);
• Propose process and performance improvements;
• Try out new technologies and raise the bar for technical excellence.
