As a Software Engineer in the Adform projects team, you will primarily focus on back-end development for the Adform Advertising Platform. While our main technology stack is .NET, different projects may require working with various languages and technologies. The team operates independently but doesn’t own the final product, instead delivering solutions to domain teams.

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have: 

• 2+ years of experience in back-end development
• Experience in high-availability, high-performance systems and APIs
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and unit testing
• Understanding of software design patterns and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher)

Stand out by having: 

• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka
