Digital Media Specialist takes part in helping clients by suggesting best practices to exploit the Adform platform to the fullest potential, setting up digital advertising campaigns for well-known global brands, and consulting on how to best optimize campaign performance in order to reach client‘s campaign goals in DSP and Ad Server platform.

• Provide technical support to clients via email and chat in a timely and accurate manner. If a face-to-face chat with the client would solve the issue faster – feel free to jump on a video call!
• Implement and manage client’s digital ad campaigns within the Adform platform from uploading banners to implementing different marketing strategies to help client‘s achieve their campaign goals
• Perform platform administration tasks
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Adform’s DSP/ Ad Serving products by educating and assisting clients on how to use platform features
• Troubleshoot client’s requests to eliminate blockers that prevent successful ad campaign performance and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions as one team

• Proven troubleshooting skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex client’s issues quickly
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English language)
• Experience working with help desk software, such as Zendesk, JIRA, ServiceNow or similar
• Experience with running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
• Strong knowledge of ad tech platforms, including Ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs
