Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing Festo products
• Assisting Festo customers in finding the best technical solutions
• Responding to technical requests in German, both in writing and verbally
• Distributing technical requests when necessary
• Updating the database of documentation and systematically collecting standard information
• Focusing on customer needs in an international environment

Come prepared

We expect you have:

• Fluency in the German language
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• A customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• A final-year student or a bachelor’s degree
• A bachelor‘s degree in an engineering-related field is an advantage
