We are seeking a passionate and skilled Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance electronic systems and products while ensuring they meet the highest safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to R&D Manager.

About the job:

• Design, develop, modify and evaluate options and make design recommendations for product development or enhancement
• Prepare reports, produce, and administer technical documentation
• Ensure electronics designs meet internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements
• Assist with project management and schedule of customer requirements
• Participate in workshops/projects related to function/department activities

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Strong technical and analytical skills with high attention to detail

The salary range for this position is 2200 EUR gross – 3000 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
