Currently we are looking for a Testing Engineer to join our Littelfuse R&D Validation Team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring validation of Littelfuse products to customer requirements and program timing. While working in close cooperation with product, research & development, and service teams, in this role you will ensure complete and accurate coverage of requirements in test plans as well as interaction with other test engineers assisting with the execution of test plans. You will review test plans, test strategies and test results with project managers, product engineers, and test lab technicians.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Laboratory Manager.

About the job:

• Develop product validation plans based on customer requirements and automotive standards
• Set up test environments, test cases, tests setups for electrical, mechanical, environmental requirements, and estimate test plan length
• Perform electric, mechanical, hydraulic, temperature, vibration and/or other tests of products in accordance with a design and product validation plans
• Analyze test results, detect issues found during test rounds, track root causes and document solution
• Prepare, submit, and monitor approval reports
• Organize and coordinate bench test set up, ordering necessary tests service with outsourced suppliers
• Inspect components and machinery to identify defects and malfunctions before testing
• Organize process, book and communicate outsource validation laboratories for product validation

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in electronics related field
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
