• Work on game production: implement features, setup assets in Unity
• Design original game mechanics, prepare game idea pitches, game concepts and game design
• Plan in-game analytics, write hypotheses, collect and analyze gameplay data on a regular basis
• Plan game production timeline, game updates and resources needed for project execution

• Have experience in Unity and C#
• Have a good understanding and usage of OOP
• Have understanding of game loops, player experience and why games are fun
• Be able to solve complex programming tasks and make decisions
• Be able to take project ownership and lead game production teams
• Be logical and attentive to detail
• Have good communication skills in English
• Have experience in game design
• Advantage: Experience in mobile development (Android, iOS)
