PART TIME + REMOTE: Saturday-Sunday/ 8-17h/ 9-18h

GET READY TO:

• Be there for customers! Communicate, troubleshoot, resolve;
• Provide support via email, chat & social media;
• Collaborate with different teams constantly to make difference! Product & Customer & Company lives.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Customer Support experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Attention to details;
• Open and proactive mindset;
• Passion for growth;
• Initiative and responsibility in reaching organizational goals;
• The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize.
