We are seeking a  Junior Back-End Software Engineer (.NET)  who can thrive in our trust-based environment, where we offer a lot of personal freedom and the chance to work with modern technologies.

In this role you will be joining one of our autonomous teams (2-8 people).

We expect you to have

• Knowledge of .NET (preferably  .NET 5/.NET 6 )
• Database experience ( relational databases )
• Good  communication skills  and willingness to work directly with our customers
• Fluent  English

Your responsibilities will include

• Software development,  work with  modern technologies:

Back-end (mostly  .NET 5/ . NET 6 )

Cloud-based solutions (mostly  AWS )

Databases (mostly  SQL )

• Project-based work in an Agile environment. Our projects cover various domains (Fintech, Media, Event management, Robotics management, etc.).
• Building trust with our customers. We act as partners and have long-term engagements.
• Being part of the culture. We consider our culture to be the most important asset of the company. It is something built by all employees, not something defined by management.

A salary that ranges  1500-3000 EUR  gross per month, depending on your competence and experience.
