• Support the HR team on various human resources, communication and events coordination tasks and projects and be at the heart of the next step in our journey.
• Screen CV and help to select the applications according to the requirements provided for the role
• Put the Headhunter hat on and source the best talents
• Organize and conduct online interviews
• Update HR database and help to build the talent pool
• Participate in the interviews and other HR meetings
• Ensure candidate experience by providing them feedback and being the first point of contact
• Participate in organizing company events and trips
• And other tasks
