RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the Agile way of working, make sure that all Scrum principles are introduced and followed throughout the process.
• Ensure that project goal, scope, and product domain, are well understood by everyone in the Scrum Team.
•  Lead and guide the Scrum Team through Scrum events and ceremonies, task definitions, sprint execution.
• Resolve hiccups and/or teach the Scrum Team how to resolve issues themselves.
• Track business and Agile metrics at both team and organization levels.
• Use Agile best practices and collaborate with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
• Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
• Ensure that team composition brings the most value to the product/project through effective communication with the whole Scrum team and organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable adapting to a fast and ever-changing environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A disruptor that helps to improve our way of working for continuous team growth
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and result-oriented mindset
• Any experience in an Agile environment
• English proficiency (B2 and above, written and verbal)
