RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering requirements from business / Product Owners, conducting guided requirements elicitation sessions.
  • Analyzing requirements, creating alternative solutions, and aligning with Architect / Designer / Developers / Quality Assurance.
  • Writing down requirements according to the User Story template.
  • Elaborating requirements and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Aligning requirements with the Product Owner.
  • Helping the Product Owner to keep the Product Backlog prioritized and structured.
  • Refining requirements with the Scrum Team.
  • Consulting the Development team during the Sprint until User Story is accepted by PO at the end of Sprint.
  • Helping Scrum Master to remove impediments related to requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Business Analysis and experience with custom software development projects is beneficial.
  • Comfortable with working with a high degree of uncertainty.
  • Stakeholder management. Expectation management for stakeholders.
  • Work prioritization.
  • Adaptable – accepts that requirements can change (we work to the best of our knowledge, if knowledge changes, we change our approach).
  • Supporter rather than problem raiser.
  • Have to be an adviser to our stakeholders when they come up with new requirements.
  • Open-minded.
  • Can work independently.
  • A motivated individual with a focus on achieving excellent results through being analytical, accurate, independent, and responsible.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team with strong collaboration, communication, and business relationship skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • English skills (B2) both written and oral.
  • Willing to get a BA certification (OMG-Certified UML Professional, OMG UML Intermediate, IBM Object-Oriented Analysis, and Design or OCEB BPMN).
