YOUR TASKS

• In your internship at UAB HELLA Lithuania you support Human Resources department processes in a fast-growing team while setting up a new production location for automotive electronics components in Kaunas, Lithuania;
• Together with the project lead you take part in strategical planning and implementation Human Resources department goals;
• You assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking of the projects and tasks in regard to the Human Resources department daily challenges;
• You are involved in subprojects and according to your qualifications take responsibility for the completion of work packages, work documentation;
• By this you receive comprehensive impressions throughout various departments within HELLA Lithuania and the HELLA Group.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• You pursue a degree in human resources, management, economics or similar;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
• You have excellent English skills, Lithuania language is mandatory;
• Ideally you bring first experiences in the fields of project human resources, management, for instance from previous internships;
• Furthermore, you are a motivated team player skilled in communication and organization with a methodical and analytic mindset and show an independent way of working.
• Internship duration is 6 months

Information regarding Base Salary

• 750 EUR (before withholding taxes).
