YOUR TASKS
In the initial project phase for our new production plant for the Electronics Business Division in Lithuania, you will prepare and develop reports in order to support management’s decision making processes.
- Support the Hella Lithuania management team and Central Business Division Controlling by monitoring the key business figures and analyzing the monthly results compared to forecast and budget. Support in Month End Closing processes, with focus on financial documents processing and reporting results according to Group requirements and deadlines;
- Involvement in the preparation of investment plans and reporting on a regular basis in the internal investment tool. Involvement in the processing of inter-divisional tasks that have an effect on the area of responsibility;
- Participation according to the department needs to accounting tasks such as settlement of invoices, checking purchase orders, fixed assets accounting, processing travel expenses or others;
- Coordination and implementation of investment and profitability calculations as well as budget planning in the division concerned on the basis of existing instructions. Taking part in the annual Budgeting process and in the quarterly Year End Forecasts;
- Training of those responsible for costs with regard to matters related to business administration;
- Involvement in the further development of concepts to improve the recording, analysis, modeling, presentation and administration of controlling-related data.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree course in a business subject with a focus on Accounting or Finance;
- Relevant experience in finance, accounting or controlling (minimum 2 years), ideally in the automotive industry;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Distinct communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, self-driven;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP FI CO would be an advantage;
- Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros is an advantage)

Information regarding Base Salary
- From 2200 to 2400 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
